End User License Agreement (EULA) & Privacy Policy

Welcome to WeSupp. This document serves as a binding agreement between you ("User") and WeSupp ("we," "us," or "our"). It contains both our End User License Agreement (Part 1) and our Privacy Policy (Part 2). By downloading, installing, or using the WeSupp mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this document.

PART 1: END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Acknowledgment

This EULA is concluded between you and WeSupp only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). WeSupp, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. The rules for usage of the App are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Grant of License

WeSupp grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.

3. Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers a Premium feature ("Unlimited Scans") accessible via in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Maintenance and Support

WeSupp is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You and WeSupp acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. WeSupp disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

WeSupp and you acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, WeSupp, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

7. Third-Party Beneficiary

You and WeSupp acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY

At WeSupp, we're dedicated to helping you manage your daily supplement routine. Protecting your privacy is a fundamental part of our mission. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your personal information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please review this policy carefully.

(a) Photo/Camera: Help the user to scan supplement.

(b) Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect, like your IP address, device information, and app interactions.

Use of Your Information

Your information helps us enhance your experience. Specifically, we use it to:

We do not intentionally gather information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are aware of any such data collection, please inform us immediately.

Financial Data

(a) Payment Information: For in-app purchases, we collect payment information such as payment card details. This information is primarily processed by our third-party payment processor. Please refer to their privacy policy for more details on their data handling practices.

(b) Security of Payment Data: We prioritize the security of your financial information and implement measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
